Great Mexican food! So glad we found this place while staying at the lake. They have a lunch buffet on Sunday and also a full menu.

Did Not like the food here, but i only tried it 1 time. I'm not a real big fan of Mexican food to start with but this place made me like it even less. Sorry for any feelings i may have hurt but i'm just telling the truth as i see it.

The food and service at El Campesino is fabulous. My wife reports that the fajitas were the best she has had in years. The authentic" tacos were exactly that and were available in chicken, chorizo, pastor, carnitas, asada, and lengua. The Margaritas were on point. But the best part was the service. This is our new favorite Scottsboro resturant.

Really enjoyed it. I had the chicken soup and had them make it a little hotter. It was perfect on a cold night. My daughter got the chicken quesadilla, generous portions and the food was very good. Planning on going back.
